Studio Traffic Specialist

Reporting To

Lead – Brand & Creative

Job Purpose

The Studio Traffic Specialist supports the coordination of creative workflows, ensuring briefs, requests, and timelines are managed effectively. The role enables smooth traffic management across the studio by monitoring project progress, maintaining documentation, and serving as a key communication link between stakeholders and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow & Project Coordination

  • Receive, log, and route creative requests across design, campaigns, video, and photography.
  • Track deadlines and update workflow tools to ensure projects remain on schedule.
  • Maintain trackers, project documentation, and workflow systems for visibility and accountability.

Stakeholder Communication

  • Act as the first point of contact for marketing managers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and routed to the right creative resources.
  • Provide regular status updates and escalate risks or delays when needed.

Asset Management

  • Organize and maintain creative asset libraries to ensure files are accurate, accessible, and up to date.
  • Support consistency in how assets are stored, tagged, and shared across teams.

Team Support & Process Improvement

  • Provide operational support in managing workload distribution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of traffic processes, workflows, and tools.
  • Support collaboration across creative and business stakeholders to enable efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3–5 years' experience in creative traffic, operations, or coordination.
  • Proficient in project/workflow management tools.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and attention to detail.
