We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
Traffic Manager
to join our advertising agency. The Traffic Manager will act as the central hub of communication and workflow between creative, account management, and production teams. This role ensures that projects move smoothly from concept to completion—on time, on budget, and at the highest quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management
  • Oversee the scheduling, allocation, and progress of all client projects.
  • Develop and maintain project timelines, tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Monitor resource utilization and balance workloads across creative teams.
  • Workflow Coordination
  • Serve as the liaison between account executives, creative teams, and production staff.
  • Prioritize assignments and manage competing deadlines.
  • Ensure briefs are clear, complete, and distributed to the right people.
  • Quality & Efficiency
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and resolve scheduling conflicts quickly.
  • Maintain consistency in project workflow processes and documentation.
  • Support continuous improvement in agency operations.
  • Communication
  • Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.
  • Anticipate issues and proactively suggest solutions.
  • Foster strong collaboration across all departments.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a
    Traffic Manager, Project Manager, or similar role
    in an advertising or marketing agency.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Workfront).
  • Understanding of creative and production processes in advertising.
