DFA Institute is an accredited German language teaching institution in Cairo, Egypt. Since Nov.2012, DFA Institute has been offering German courses focusing on using innovation in building technical material and using the most up-to-date techniques in language teaching. Due to demand, DFA Institute expanded from online courses to three additional branches in different cities in Egypt and now manages over 4500 students annually. DFA also offers an accredited certificate recognized by German universities, including Goethe University in Frankfurt and Berlin University.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operational Specialist at DFA Institute in Cairo, Egypt. The Operational Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as communicating with students, managing sales and operations, and overseeing specific projects related to curriculum development, event planning, and facility management.

  • Manage the Operations tasks and provide excellent service to students.
  • respond to customers' inquiries through our different channels like social media, inbound and outbound calls
  • Respond to inquiries and provide information on educational programs, admission requirements, and other services offered by the institute
  • Manage the institute's hotlines and respond to incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner
  • Provide administrative support for various departments, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
  • Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to drive the institute's objectives and ensure efficient operations
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure the timely and effective delivery of services

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fresh grad or one year of experience in operations or a related field

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
