Job Objective:

To support the design and execution of modular toilet pods by delivering accurate architectural drawings, resolving coordination challenges, and ensuring full compliance with project and code requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop architectural drawings and technical documentation for modular toilet pods across various project stages (IFC, shop drawings , Production drawings).
  • Translate client/consultant specifications and project requirements into fully coordinated architectural solutions.
  • Prepare and review Superimposed plans, wall elevations, sections, reflected ceiling plans, door schedules, and coordination drawings.
  • Work closely with structural and MEP engineers to ensure full integration and clash-free design.
  • Conduct detailed design reviews to ensure technical compliance and efficient production workflow.
  • Support the production team with production-ready drawings and respond to technical queries .
  • Participate in BIM coordination and multidisciplinary meetings, when required.
  • Ensure architectural output complies with local codes, fire and safety regulations, and project-specific standards.

Review consultant comments and revise drawings accordingly.

  • Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of (
    2–4 years for juniors)
    modular construction, off-site manufacturing, or interior fit-out.

  • Previous experience in designing bathroom/toilet modules is a strong
    plus
    .

  • Technical Skills:

  • High proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    and
    Revit
    is a must.
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows, clash detection, and model coordination.
  • Strong understanding of construction detailing, finishes, waterproofing, and joinery.
  • Experience in preparing coordinated shop drawings and technical submittals.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities (written and verbal).
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple deadlines.
  • Team player with a problem-solving mindset and a proactive attitude.
  • Language:
  • Fluent in English
