**Remote Architectural Technical Office Engineer**

Are you a skilled architectural engineer with a passion for precision and creativity? Join our team and work remotely from anywhere while contributing to high-end finishing and decoration projects.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare detailed **shop drawings** for finishing and decoration projects with accuracy and professionalism.
- Develop **Bill of Quantities (BOQs)**and calculate detailed quantities for all work items.
- Review technical drawings and documentation to ensure compliance with specifications and approved plans.
- Coordinate remotely with on-site execution teams to clarify drawings and resolve any technical conflicts.
- Support in the preparation of technical proposals and pricing schedules when needed.

**Qualifications**
- **Bachelor's degree in Architecture.**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience** in preparing shop drawings and BOQs in finishing and interior decoration projects.
- **Proficient in**:

- AutoCAD**
**- Microsoft Excel**
**- Photoshop**
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work on time.
- Excellent communication skills for effective remote teamwork.
