Job Purpose

Support the architectural supervision team, ensuring that all design documents, drawings, and related technical information are accurate, coordinated, and aligned with project requirements, facilitating smooth execution on-site.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and coordinate as-built drawings, shop drawings, and working drawings.
  • Assist in reviewing architectural submittals and material approvals from contractors.
  • Ensure that all technical documentation is compliant with project specifications, authority regulations, and quality standards.
  • Maintain organized technical records and document control.
  • Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and other disciplines to resolve design clarifications and technical queries.
  • Support clash detection and issue resolution between architectural, structural, and MEP designs.
  • Assist in updating BIM models or CAD drawings to reflect site progress or approved changes.
  • Check drawings, submittals, and shop drawings for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design intent.
  • Follow up on corrections or revisions required by design or client teams.
  • Ensure alignment with QA/QC procedures and project standards.
  • Prepare daily/weekly technical office reports highlighting pending approvals, technical queries, and updates.
  • Maintain tracking logs for RFIs, submittals, and design clarifications.
  • Provide technical support for site inspections, audits, and snagging activities.
  • Act as a liaison between the technical office, site supervision, and design teams.
  • Ensure that all technical clarifications are communicated promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Attend project coordination and technical meetings as required.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Engineering.
  • 4–6 years of experience in technical office or architectural supervision roles.
  • Experience with large-scale building projects is preferred.
  • Familiarity with construction quality standards, site procedures, and authority approvals.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or BIM software.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings.
  • Knowledge of QA/QC procedures, document control, and technical reporting.
  • Understanding of coordination between architecture, MEP, and structural disciplines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and proactive mindset.
