Role Summary

The Vendor Relations & Procurement Executive is responsible for sourcing, managing, and maintaining relationships with third-party suppliers — including stone top fabricators, appliance distributors, and sink & tap providers. This role ensures that all materials and products meet United Kitchens' standards in quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Key responsibilities

  1. Identify and evaluate new vendors and product opportunities in the market.
  2. Conduct product studies to understand specifications, finishes, and compatibility with United Kitchens' designs.
  3. Review all dimensions and technical data to ensure accuracy before purchasing.
  4. Negotiate and finalize vendor terms, including pricing and delivery schedules.
  5. Manage purchase orders, follow-ups, and delivery confirmations.
  6. Handle and resolve supplier-related issues or delays.
  7. Maintain updated records of vendor performance, pricing comparisons, and contracts.
  8. Coordinate with design, installation, and operations teams to align procurement with project timelines.
  9. Stay informed on new market offerings, materials, and technologies relevant to kitchens and interiors.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent negotiation, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and procurement systems.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong technical understanding of product measurements and finishes.
