Vendor Relationship Manager  A Vendor Relationship Manager is needed to oversee and manage relationships with suppliers and service providers within the facilities services sector. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality service delivery, negotiating agreements, and maintaining strong vendor partnerships. Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with vendors and service providers.
  • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and service level terms.
  • Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with agreements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address service needs and requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and service improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports related to vendor activities.
Requirements:
  • 6–8 years of experience in vendor management, procurement, or related roles, preferably in facilities services.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple vendors and projects simultaneously.
