Key Responsibilities – Marketing Specialist in Healthcare Communications
  • Manage and grow our clients' social media presence across platforms.
  • Develop monthly content calendars — including ideas, captions, and posting schedules.
  • Handle community management and engage with followers professionally.
  • Manage and optimize Google Business Profiles for multiple clients.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, SEO specialists, and media buyers to ensure campaigns run smoothly across Meta & Google Ads.
  • Prepare clear, insightful weekly and monthly reports to measure campaign performance.
  • Support in developing marketing proposals tailored to clients' needs and briefs.
Essential Skills & Qualifications for Healthcare Marketing Success
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, or a related field; further certification in digital or healthcare marketing is an advantage.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Healthcare or Medical Marketing Agencies, ideally in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English—capable of creating accurate, engaging, and compliant marketing content.
  • Familiarity with the regulatory landscape of medical and healthcare marketing (such as ABPI, EFPIA, or GDPR guidelines).
  • Demonstrable proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management abilities—capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • A collaborative, inclusive approach; thrives in cross-functional, culturally diverse teams.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and data-driven with a creative touch.
