With Us, You Will Be Responsible

  • Responsible for the inspection of the fabric and garment quality according to the company's quality standard and the specified process according to the AQL inspection system Requirement
  • Responsible for the quality control of the middle or inline stage of the garment production according to the company's quality standard and the specified process
  • Responsible for the investigation of the quality problems, the analysis of the causes, be able to advice improvement measures and supervise the implementation, inspection and problem coordination
  • Properly handle and face the technical disputes caused by the quality of production and maintain the professionalism
  • Provide the suppliers with the attentions and production methods to optimize the efficiency and quality, find and correct the problems of the process in time
  • Understand the basic structure of the product, organize the pre-production meeting according to the samples
  • Report all the working points in detail comprehensively and accurately
  • Establish and maintain a harmonious relationship with suppliers and producers

The Candidate We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in woven garments
  • Fluent knowledge of both written & spoken English
  • Very Good command of MS Office applications
  • Solid problem-solving skills, fast decision-maker
  • Good communication and teamwork spirit, can work under pressures
  • Good cross-cultural adaptability
  • Ability to work under pressure and travel when needed
