Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a C1 English Customer Service Representative. Based in Alexandria, the role allows for a mix of in-office and remote work. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and enhancing customer experience. Effective communication and problem-solving skills will be a key aspect of the day-to-day tasks.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Support, and maintaining Customer Satisfaction
- Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain client-focused communication standards
- Proficiency in spoken and written English at a C1 level
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-resolution skills
- Ability to adapt to a hybrid work environment and manage work efficiently
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus
- Basic knowledge of telecommunications or trading industries is beneficial
