Job Summary:

The
Cloud Computing Lead
is a senior technical leader responsible for defining the strategy, ensuring delivery excellence, and supporting business growth for enterprise computing and hybrid cloud services. The role requires deep expertise in public and private cloud platforms, virtualization, hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI), systems, storage, backup, and datacenter technologies, combined with strong leadership and customer-facing capabilities.

In addition to solution design and delivery responsibilities, the Cloud Computing Lead will guide and mentor a team of engineers, driving technical excellence, innovation, and alignment with the company's growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead projects related to cloud computing (public, private, and hybrid), virtualization, systems, storage, backup, etc.
  • Provide design, deployment, and migration services for enterprise and cloud environments.
  • Ensure high-quality and timely delivery of customer projects, following best practices and standards.
  • Support complex troubleshooting and act as an escalation point for technical challenges.
  • Provide consulting engagements on cloud strategy, datacenter modernization, and hybrid infrastructure transformation.
  • Advise customers on cloud adoption, migration, and optimization best practices.
  • Develop high-level and detailed designs, including TCO/ROI analysis and architecture documentation.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise computing engineers.
  • Establish technical enablement plans and guide the team toward certifications and specialization.
  • Develop delivery frameworks, methodologies, and reusable assets to enhance delivery efficiency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • +10 years of experience in cloud and enterprise computing environments.
  • Strong experience in hybrid cloud architecture design and implementation.
  • Deep understanding of public clouds such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
  • Experience with private cloud and automation technologies such as VMware vRealize, Aria, etc.
  • Professional certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS, VMware, Nutanix, Dell, HPE, Veeam) are highly desirable.
  • Experience leading teams in systems, virtualization, storage, or cloud projects.
  • Experience in professional services or managed services delivery models.
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and DevOps practices is an advantage.
  • Leadership and people development abilities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strategic mindset with hands-on problem-solving capability.
