Job Purpose

If you are Responsible for maintaining employee records and creating all documents throughout the entire employee life cycle (JML), while developing solid relationships with key stakeholders to maintain operational performance across region.
What Will Your Main Responsibilities Be
Service level Part
• Monitor service level KPIs, mainly DR and CCFOT, for both our Modern trade and General trade customers.
• Analyze service level loss tree and align & lead needed actions with our stakeholders.
• Lead service level enhancement projects (implementation/alignment/project planning).
• Communicate service level results to key stakeholders on weekly basis.
• Working closely with the regional excellence team setting the road map of Mashreq Customer service.
• Lead monthly communication to both local & regional team.
Field Part
• Lead #1 supplier of choice program across both the SC & CD functions under Unilever's Customer Facing agenda
• Lead customer visits to make sure we are aligning the results with our key stakeholders.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to drive mutual service level enhancement agreements.
• Work on CPFR program (Collaborative Planning, Forecasting and Replenishment) implementation with
key customers.
Cost To Serve
• Perform business complexity analysis to influence key processes and structure enhancement projects.
• Align, facilitate, and monitor customer service department saving projects.
• Update Customer Segmentation portfolio to enhance Unilever service level.
What You Need To Succeed
Experiences & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering is required.
• 4+ years of experience is required.
• Process excellence and transformation experience
• Other Supply Chain experience in Factories, Logistics or Distribution
• Track record of leveraging big customer relationships
• Experience in demand, and business planning
• Commercial acumen
• Relevant degree
• Analytical Thinking
