Job purpose:

Ensures that all requests/complaints and incidents of NEWGIZA sports club members are being resolved, aiming to provide excellent member experiences and to promote this idea throughout the organization and maintaining and developing business with existing members, focusing on customer service, retention, and growth through understanding and satisfying the members' requirements and exceeding their expectations around NGSC.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1-4 years working experience.

  • A bachelor's degree is a must.

  • Excellent communication skills, written and spoken English, and good command of the Arabic language.

  • Proficient use of Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Customer Service, Product Knowledge, Quality Focus, Problem Solving, Market Knowledge, Documentation Skills, Listening, Phone Skills, Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information, Multi-tasking

  • Strong Customer Care and Interpersonal skills: to work well in a team and be able to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients

  • Good organizational, analytical, and presentation skills

  • An ability to work independently and as a team

  • Good administrative skills, quick to learn, and proactivity

  • Must maintain product knowledge (existing and new).
