Job Responsibilities:

  • Contract archiving
  • Follow-up on collections
  • Negotiating with customers regarding the finishing of their units
  • Handing over units to customers

Job Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the construction or real estate field
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good computer and reporting skills
