Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Presales Engineer for a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo, Egypt. The Presales Engineer will support technical pre-sales activities, assist with solution designs, and collaborate with the sales team to communicate the technical benefits of our security systems and services to potential clients. Responsibilities include analyzing customer requirements, preparing technical proposals, demonstrating system capabilities, and ensuring successful system integration. This role requires a strong understanding of security systems and the ability to support clients throughout the presales process.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Technical Support and Presales activities, including preparing technical proposals and presentations
  • Experience in Sales with a focus on understanding customer needs and building effective solutions
  • Knowledge of system Integration and deployment for security and infrastructure projects
  • Familiarity with Security systems and their applications in safety, detection, or audiovisual solutions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to support collaboration with clients and internal teams
  • Relevant certifications or technical qualifications in system integration, security, or related fields are a plus
  • Availability to work on-site in Cairo, Egypt
