Job Summary:
We need a skilled PHP Team Leader with excellent command of PHP and its ecosystem. The candidate will lead a team working with Moodle-based projects. While prior Moodle experience is not required, the candidate must have strong knowledge of the PHP (Object-Oriented) , Mustache and SQL query optimization . Full-stack capabilities would be a significant advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the technical direction of PHP projects and ensure best practices are followed.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable PHP (Object-Oriented) applications.
  • Oversee database design and optimization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Mentor and guide developers, ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Participate in architectural decisions and technology evaluations.
  • Ensure code quality and deployment processes are maintained.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of professional experience in PHP (Object-Oriented) development.
  • The candidate must have strong knowledge of the PHP (Object-Oriented), Mustache and SQL query optimization.
  • Preferred to have a previous exp. in Moodle-based projects, but not a mandatory.
  • Familiarity with full-stack development is a great plus.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
