Nanovate is building the next generation of Arabic AI, and as we enter our next stage of growth, we are looking for an HR Generalist who can help us build a strong, healthy, and high-performing team.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both the strategic and operational sides of HR, and who is excited to shape culture, streamline people processes, and support a fast-growing tech company.
Responsibilities
• Handle the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers
• Manage onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management
• Maintain and update HR policies, procedures, and documentation
• Oversee attendance, leave management, and HR databases
• Coordinate training, development initiatives, and company-wide activities
• Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor laws
• Support leadership in building a strong culture and improving employee experience
Requirements
• 2–4 years of experience in HR, preferably in a tech or startup environment
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labor law
• Excellent communication, organization, and people skills
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks
• High ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with confidentiality and professionalism
