Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and professional Senior HR Generalist (Part-Time) to join the team at More Shopping Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing core HR functions, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and supporting the company's strategic and operational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Support and monitor the performance management cycle.
Maintain and update HR records and employee files.
Handle employee relations and ensure a positive work environment.
Prepare monthly payroll inputs and track attendance and leaves.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law and company standards.
Support management with HR reports and recommendations.
Contribute to employee engagement and development initiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an HR Generalist role.
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems.
Ability to manage multiple responsibilities independently.
