Technical Manager / Scrum Master / Product Owner

We're seeking a versatile technical leader with 6+ years of experience to drive product delivery and team excellence. This hybrid role combines technical expertise, agile facilitation, and product strategy.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead cross-functional teams through agile ceremonies and sprint planning
  • Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and define roadmaps
  • Guide technical architecture decisions across multiple technology stacks
  • Implement and optimize CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Bridge communication between stakeholders, developers, and business teams
  • Remove blockers and foster a culture of continuous improvement

What You Bring:

  • 6+ years in technical leadership, product management, or scrum mastery
  • Strong hands-on experience with various technology stacks (frontend, backend, mobile)
  • Proven DevOps expertise with cloud platforms (AWS and Google Cloud)
  • Deep understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to make technical decisions while maintaining product vision

Bonus Points:

  • Scrum Master or Product Owner certification
  • Experience scaling agile practices across multiple teams
  • Background in infrastructure automation and containerization
