Technical Manager – Poultry Vaccines

We are looking for a
Veterinarian
with solid expertise in
poultry vaccines
to lead our technical support function and drive customer excellence.

The ideal candidate will have up to
15 years of experience
in
vaccine application, field troubleshooting, and flock health management
across
broiler, layer, and breeder farms
. A
Ph.D.
in poultry health or immunology is
highly recommended
.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide advanced
    technical support and training
    to field teams and key customers on vaccine handling, administration, and immunization programs.
  • Conduct
    on-site farm visits
    , perform
    post-vaccination monitoring
    , and analyze flock performance data to ensure optimal vaccine efficacy.
  • Collaborate closely with
    R&D, marketing, and sales teams
    to translate scientific data into practical field solutions and technical presentations.
  • Lead
    seminars, workshops, and field trials
    to strengthen product positioning and customer confidence.
  • Ensure all technical activities align with
    biosecurity standards and regulatory requirements
    .

Requirements:

  • Degree in
    Veterinary Medicine
    ;
    Ph.D. preferred
    .
  • Proven hands-on experience with
    poultry vaccination programs
    and
    disease control
    .
  • Strong
    analytical, communication, and presentation
    skills.
  • Highly
    organized and methodical
    , capable of managing complex technical operations.
