Descripción del puesto
En el puesto de Guest Relations en Barceló Hotel Group, serás responsable de garantizar una experiencia excepcional para nuestros huéspedes. Tus tareas incluirán recibir, asistir y gestionar las solicitudes de los clientes, ofreciendo soluciones personalizadas para garantizar su satisfacción. También te encargarás de coordinar con otros departamentos para asegurar una experiencia integral y de calidad. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo que se desempeñará de manera presencial en nuestras instalaciones en Sharm El Sheikh.

Requisitos

  • Aptitudes en Guest Relations y experiencia en proporcionar servicios de atención al cliente de alta calidad.
  • Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y creación de relaciones positivas con los huéspedes.
  • Capacidad para mejorar continuamente la experiencia del cliente mediante un servicio y soporte excepcional.
  • Experiencia en ventas y habilidad para identificar oportunidades de negocio que beneficien tanto a los clientes como a la empresa.
  • Otras aptitudes valiosas incluyen resolución de problemas, actitud proactiva, y fuerte compromiso con mejorar constantemente los estándares de servicio.
