We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-minded Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Barceló Tiran Sharm. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, creates meaningful connections with guests, and represents the Barceló brand with professionalism and warmth.

Key Responsibilities


• Welcome guests upon arrival and ensure a smooth check-in experience.


• Provide personalised assistance throughout the stay, anticipating guest needs and offering proactive solutions.


• Manage guest requests, feedback, VIP amenities, special occasions, and room preferences.


• Support front office operations and coordinate with other departments to guarantee exceptional service delivery.


• Handle guest complaints with empathy and efficiency, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.


• Promote hotel services, activities, and experiences to enhance the guest journey.


• Maintain accurate records and follow Barceló's service standards and procedures.

Requirements


• Fluent English is essential (spoken and written).


• Additional languages are highly valued: Russian, Arabic, Italian, or French.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Customer-focused attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.


• Previous experience in hospitality or guest-facing roles is an advantage.


• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and team-player spirit.
