We are looking for a HR Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to not only handle recruitment but also gain exposure in the consultation field by supporting our team in delivering HR solutions to our clients.
Role Overview:
- Talent Acquisition:
Manage full-cycle recruitment and talent sourcing for our diverse portfolio of clients. - OD Support:
Assist the consultation team in organizational development projects and structural planning.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development. - Tech-Savvy:
Must be an effective user of
AI tools
for HR (creating JDs, screening, process optimization). - Language:
Excellent command of English is a must.
