Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Coordinator, based in Alexandria with some work from home flexibility. The Sales Coordinator will handle sales coordination duties such as processing orders, managing schedules, liaising with clients and sales teams, maintaining sales records, and supporting overall sales operations. Day-to-day tasks include customer service duties such as responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues, as well as facilitating smooth communication between various departments to ensure efficient operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
