Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Coordinator, located in Smouha , Alexandria, Egypt. The Service Coordinator will manage day-to-day coordination of marine service operations, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include liaising with customers, scheduling service appointments, managing service records, and maintaining communication with service teams. The role also involves responding to customer inquiries and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong Service Coordination skills
  • 1-3 yrs experience
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities
  • Experience in Operations Management
  • Proven Customer Service skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Prior experience in the marine industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering Communication, / Maritime Studies, or a related field
