We are hiring a Technical Office & Estimation Engineer to join our Interior Design Department. This role will support our designers by preparing technical drawings, BOQs, and cost estimates, while ensuring smooth coordination with our site engineer and factory team.

Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare detailed shop drawings, joinery details, and BOQs based on design intent.


• Develop Bills of Materials (BOMs) and coordinate with procurement and suppliers.


• Provide accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior and furniture projects.


• Coordinate with the site engineer to ensure drawings and details match site conditions.


• Support the interior design team with technical solutions, material selections, and detailing.


• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or Engineering.


• 2–5 years of experience in technical office work and cost estimation for interiors/furniture.


• Proficiency in AutoCAD, 3D software, and MS Excel.


• Strong technical background in materials, finishes, and joinery.


• Good communication and coordination skills with design, factory, and site teams.
