Responsibilities:


• Receive orders from the sales team and prepare them for packaging and shipping.


• Issue and record invoices and receipts.


• Deliver orders to shipping companies and follow up with couriers until they reach the customer.


• Handle returns and resolve any shipping issues if they arise.


• Record daily operations and review order counts and costs.


• Coordinate with the accounting department to settle daily expenses.

Requirements:


• Bachelor's degree in Commerce or basic experience in accounting.


• Proficient in computer use and programs such as Excel or Google Sheets.


• Organized, accurate, and fast when dealing with numbers and orders.


• Previous experience in e-commerce, warehousing, or shipping is preferred.
