Job Title: Fulfillment Agent

We're looking for a reliable and detail-oriented
Fulfillment Agent
to join our team. In this role, you'll play a key part in managing order processing, coordinating logistics, and ensuring smooth delivery operations. If you're organized, responsive, and thrive in fast-paced environments, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily fulfillment operations including order processing, inventory tracking, and logistics.
  • Develop and refine workflows to boost efficiency.
  • Monitor KPIs related to fulfillment and identify areas for improvement.
  • Work cross-functionally with customer service and operations teams.
  • Support onboarding and training of new fulfillment staff.
  • Generate reports and analyze performance data.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment issues quickly.
  • Stay updated on fulfillment trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent time management and communication skills.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
