About the Role:

We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Specialist with a strong interest in audio production and digital media. The ideal candidate will manage our social media presence, create engaging multimedia content, and showcase our audio projects - including podcasts, sound design, and production work - across all platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and execute social media strategies to promote audio content, new releases, and behind-the-scenes material.

* Create visually and sonically engaging posts, reels, and stories using project highlights, studio sessions, and sound snippets.

* Manage and grow company profiles on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Linkedin, and other relevant platforms.

* Collaborate with the audio production team to plan content calendars aligned with project schedules.

* Analyze performance metrics, track engagement, and provide monthly reports with insights and recommendations.

* Stay updated on social media trends in the audio and entertainment industry.

* Collaborate with the graphic designers

Requirements:

* Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing (preferably in the music, podcast, or audio field).

* Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.

* Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.

* Creativity and attention to detail.

* Preference for graduates from GUC or MIU
