Job Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist - Egypt

Salary: 400USD to 500USD – Arabic Speaker Only Apply

Location: Egypt, Saudi Arabia

Social Media Marketing Specialist will be the primary content creator and community manager for all company social media channels. This role requires a hands-on approach, combining strong design skills, compelling copywriting, and a deep understanding of local social media trends to effectively create, post, and analyze content that resonates with the Saudi market. Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation & Design

  • Design and create engaging content (graphics, short videos, stories, GIFs) using design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) tailored for platforms like Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop compelling, bilingual copy (Arabic and English) for all social media posts that aligns with the brand voice and marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a detailed social media content calendar and ensure timely posting across all platforms.

2. Social Media Management & Strategy

  • Execute the daily operations of the company's social media strategy, including scheduling, publishing, and real-time posting.
  • Monitor social media trends, best practices, and algorithm updates in the Saudi market to ensure content remains relevant and highly visible.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of paid social media campaigns to drive specific marketing objectives (e.g., website traffic, lead generation).

3. Community Engagement & Analysis

  • Actively monitor and respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions across all channels in both Arabic and English, fostering a positive and engaged online community.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, impressions, conversion) using platform insights and analytics tools.
  • Provide competitive analysis and actionable insights to continuously improve social media performance.

Qualifications

Must-Haves

  • Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of hands-on experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator, preferably in the Riyadh/KSA market.
  • Language: Fluent in both Arabic (spoken and written) and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Content Skills: Proven ability to design, edit, and create high-quality visual and video content for social media (portfolio submission is required).
  • Platform Expertise: Deep knowledge and practical experience managing key platforms relevant to KSA (e.g., Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, TikTok).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) or robust online tools (e.g., Canva Pro).
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Google Analytics).
  • Strong attention to detail and a passion for staying updated on digital culture and trends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: E£18, E£23,000.00 per month
