Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles for open positions.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates skills and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with department heads and provide timely feedback to candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and represent the company at job fairs and recruitment events.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment.
Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related HR function.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of professionalism.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Commitment to delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
