Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Inventory Manager
to join our Head Office team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse and inventory operations across
DMC-CURVE's construction projects
.

This is a
full-time, on-site role
based in Cairo, involving close coordination with project teams, the finance department, and site warehouses to ensure effective inventory control, accurate stock levels, and seamless supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and monitor company-wide inventory levels, stock movement, and valuation.
  • Develop and track inventory performance KPIs and work on continuous improvement.
  • Issue regular analytical reports on inventory value and turnover to concerned departments and project managers.
  • Set proactive plans to resolve inventory-related issues (value, movement, or accuracy) across all sites.
  • Supervise and approve inter-site material transfers.
  • Review and participate in scrap sales processes and related technical committee activities.
  • Coordinate with the Finance Department on periodic stocktaking results and approve final balances.
  • Review and consolidate warehouse reports for submission to relevant departments.
  • Authorize system access for new or existing warehouse users on the ERP (Oracle) system.
  • Conduct regular inspections of main warehouses, workshops, central stores, and factories.
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, perform random audits, and monitor site warehouse operations.
  • Collaborate with the Finance and Procurement teams regarding supplier returns.
  • Approve employee clearance forms related to the warehouse department in case of resignation.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in
    Inventory Management
    and
    Warehouse Operations
    (preferably in construction or contracting).
  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving skills
    .
  • Excellent
    communication
    and
    leadership
    abilities.
  • Proficiency in
    inventory management systems
    (Oracle or similar).
  • Bachelor's degree in
    Supply Chain Management
    ,
    Business Administration
    , or a related field.
  • Experience managing multiple sites or large-scale inventory operations is highly preferred.
