Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive specializing in Polypropylene Plywood at Alazaizy Group, located in Qesm El Maadi. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, preparing sales proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Day-to-day tasks include market research, meeting sales targets, attending industry events, and providing feedback on market trends to the management team.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, particularly within the construction materials industry.
Strong understanding of Polypropylene Plywood products,
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships & Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales target.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Having a private car is highly preferred Flexibility to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed.

وصف الوظيفة:
هذه وظيفة بدوام كامل، وحضور شخصي، لمنصب مسؤول مبيعات متخصص في ألواح البلاي وود المصنوعة من البولي بروبلين في مجموعة العزازي، ومقرها في قسم المعادي. سيكون مسؤول المبيعات مسؤولاً عن تحديد ومتابعة فرص المبيعات الجديدة، والحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين، وإعداد مقترحات المبيعات، والتفاوض على العقود، وإتمام الصفقات. وتشمل المهام اليومية أبحاث السوق، وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات، وحضور الفعاليات الصناعية، وتقديم ملاحظات حول اتجاهات السوق لفريق الإدارة.
المؤهلات المطلوبة:
خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات لا سيما في قطاع مواد البناء.
فهم قوي لمنتجات ألواح البلاي وود المصنوعة من البولي بروبلين.
خبرة سابقة في دور مماثل مفضلة.
مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض والعرض.
القدرة على بناء علاقات قوية مع العملاء والحفاظ عليها، ومهارات قوية في حل المشكلات والتحليل.
دافعية ذاتية وموجه نحو تحقيق النتائج، مع سجل حافل في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات أو تجاوزها.
درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، أو التسويق، أو مجال ذي صلة.
الكفاءة في استخدام برامج إدارة علاقات العملاء (CRM) وحزمة برامج مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
يُفضل بشدة امتلاك سيارة خاصة.
المرونة في السفر لاجتماعات العملاء والفعاليات الصناعية حسب الحاجة.
