Now Hiring: Supply Chain Specialist | MAG Trade & Investment (Cairo)

MAG Trade & Investment is an Egypt-headquartered conglomerate advancing large-scale trade, industrial, and infrastructure projects across Africa and the Middle East. We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Supply Chain Specialist
to support procurement, logistics coordination, and supplier engagement across multiple markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate end-to-end supply chain operations (procurement, shipments, and deliveries).
  • Collaborate directly with suppliers, manufacturers, and freight partners — including Chinese partners.
  • Prepare and oversee shipping documents, customs clearance files, and logistics tracking reports.
  • Support sourcing strategies, cost analysis, and vendor negotiations.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient supply chain execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
  • Strong command of Mandarin (Chinese) and English is required.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or logistics coordination.
  • Practical knowledge of international shipping, import/export procedures, and regulatory documentation.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to handle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

Occasional travel may be required.
