We're looking for a motivated Junior Supply Chain Officer to join our growing team and help streamline our operations from procurement to delivery.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in purchasing activities, including preparing purchase orders and following up with suppliers.

Support in inventory control and maintaining accurate stock records.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and products.

Track and update shipment status, delivery schedules, and vendor communications.

Help evaluate suppliers' performance based on quality, pricing, and delivery timelines.

Maintain organized supply chain documentation (invoices, delivery notes, purchase requests).

Support daily logistics and warehouse operations as needed.

Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain efficiency.

Job Requirements:
Education
:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.

Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.

Experience:
0–1 year of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations.

Internship or graduation project related to supply chain or logistics is a plus.

Technical Skills:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel).

Basic understanding of supply chain concepts (purchasing, warehousing, logistics, inventory).

Familiarity with ERP systems (such as Odoo or Zoho) is an advantage but not required.

Soft Skills:
Strong communication and teamwork skills.

High level of organization and attention to detail.

Eagerness to learn and grow professionally.

Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Other:
Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
