We're Hiring: Supply Chain Engineer

Aegis is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations across all projects.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the full supply chain function (procurement, warehousing, logistics).

Develop and implement strategies to improve workflow efficiency and cost control.

Oversee inventory levels and ensure material availability for all running projects.

Manage vendor relationships and negotiate for best quality, pricing, and delivery.

Ensure compliance with company policies and standards.

Requirements:

3–5 years of experience in supply chain or operations.

Proven experience in managing teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
