About Us:

We are a top-tier company in the ports and logistics industry, seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Receivable Accountant to join our finance team in Alexandria.

Key Responsibilities:

Process and manage AR transactions with accuracy and timeliness

Monitor customer accounts & follow up on collections

Prepare & analyze aging reports

Resolve billing inquiries & account discrepancies

Reconcile accounts & generate reports

Assist in month-end closings & support audits

Coordinate with the sales team on account status

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in accounting, Finance, or related.

  • 1 – 3 years in AR accounting.

  • Strong Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).

  • ERP experience (Oracle preferred).

  • Knowledge of accounting principles.

  • Excellent problem-solving & attention to detail.
