Training Execution Coordinator

The candidate will coordinate training activities for participants of EBI training programs, to provide efficient and well-run training for EBI clients within a framework of available programs and in accordance with EBI policies and procedures.
Key Accountabilities:
Pre-Training:
- Coordinating training logistics (venues, facilities, technical supplies, breaks, materials, handouts, attendance, evaluation, agenda) either inside or outside EBI premises.
- Take training requests from banks and schedule them with the RM team.
During-Training:
- Coordinates/organizes during training activities to provide support to participants and facilitator's needs as well as ensure the completion of EBI's administration requirements.
- Responsible for opening, introduction, and introduce the instructor for the trainees.
- Manage and problem solve concerns as they arise with trainees, trainers, site staff or contracting agency staff.
Post-Training:
- Coordinates post-training activities to identify participants' feedback for further evaluation as well as to ensure all training program related information is recorded in EBI training information system. Ensures that financial commitments are met.
- Review incoming invoices, process for authorization payments
- Follow up for accuracy of certificate information, insure availability and certificate dispatch to Administration Department
Training Cost:
- Maintains a record of detailed cost of a training program for superior approval and input into EBI SAP System.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's of Business Administration or any relevant field
- Fresh Graduates only
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Familiar with Excel, Word and Business writing
- Task oriented
- Interested in customer service.
- Good command of English language
