JOB TITLE

Total Rewards Operations | Global Solutions | People & Organization

ROLE SUMMARY

The purpose of the role is to manage the effective implementation and maintenance of compensation and benefits policies, as defined by the Total Rewards Centre of Expertise. The manager leads and develops their team within Total Rewards – Global Solutions and the relationships with other Human Capital teams, including the Total Rewards COE.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Manage the C&B cycles using the C&B module when it comes to annual cycles (Merit increase and Bonus).
  • Work closely with Total Rewards Global Solutions Lead in implementing policies encompassing salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses to ensure consistency and equity of Reward practices in the organization.
  • Provide support for salary benchmark projects as required by Total Rewards COE.
  • Review and validate Job evaluations run by the Total Rewards Specialist team
  • Review and monitor salaries, allowances, incentives, fixed and variable bonuses to ensure alignment with policy through regular audits of employee data.
  • Conduct regular and periodical salary & benefits benchmark surveys with comparable organizations in the market in order to assess the organization pay level in comparison with similar companies on the market.
  • Review and provide inputs for comprehensive analytical reports as when required for management review.
  • Actively participates in global SME community to provide regional insights to the global team.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graduate in relevant discipline.
  • 7+ years' experience in the core compensation and Benefits field.
  • KornFerry Certified Job evaluator- proven record of leading job evaluation projects.
  • The job incumbent will be required to work on diverse HC projects and will deal with different levels of management.
  • Strong and proven analytical skills.
  • Leadership skills .
