  • We are Hiring a Total Rewards Supervisor to join us at Naguib Selim

  • Location: [Naser city - Cairo ]

  • ** Responsibilities:

    • Supervise and manage all compensation and benefits programs, including salaries, incentives, allowances, and other rewards.
    • Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Review and update Total Rewards policies in alignment with company strategy and best practices.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain a grading and job evaluation system to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.

    • Prepare and analyze compensation-related reports, budgets, and cost projections.

  • **Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of [3–5] years of experience in compensation and benefits or total rewards.
    • Strong analytical and numerical skills with proficiency in Excel and HRIS systems.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
