G Developments is now hiring a Financial Analysis Section Head.

We're seeking an experienced finance professional to lead our financial planning and analysis function, overseeing the development of financial models, business plans, and feasibility studies for existing and new projects. The role plays a key part in driving data-based decision-making and providing strategic financial insights to management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the preparation and updating of financial models, valuations, and feasibility studies.
  • Deliver monthly performance analyses across different asset classes.
  • Prepare detailed management reports and ad-hoc financial analyses.
  • Enhance financial modeling and data analytics processes.
  • Utilize Power BI and analytical tools to support strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial insights with business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in real estate or hospitality.
  • Strong corporate finance, valuation, and modeling expertise.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Professional certifications (CFA, CMA, FMVA, or BIDA) are a plus.

Sunday to Thursday
