Give accurate and timely counsel to executives in a variety of legal topics (labor law, partnerships, international ventures, corporate finance etc.)

Represent the company and its clients in legal proceedings, mediations, and negotiations as required.

Deal with complex matters with multiple stakeholders and forces.

Acting as a true business partner, adopting a pro-active, business focused approach to negotiating and drafting transactions and contracts, assisting in management decision processes, and delivering robust risk assessments.

Providing legal & compliance advice and determining appropriate actions/ processes in line with local strategy, local legal trends and legislation changes.

Supporting legal & compliance reporting, monitoring & training, incl. transparency reporting, dawn-raid training.

Ensure the company s operations and workforce management services adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate records of legal activities, case files, and compliance documentation.

Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies as needed.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal consultant, legal advisor, or in a similar legal role.
  • Proven expertise in employment law, labor law, and corporate legal matters.
  • Good knowledge in Saudi Laws .
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • V. good in English Language.
Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a legal consultant, legal advisor, or in a similar legal role.

Proven expertise in employment law, labor law, and corporate legal matters.

Good knowledge in Saudi Laws .

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

V. good in English Language.
