Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Tender Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for preparing of competitive technical and commercial proposals for major electromechanical projects, with particular focus on KSA markets. cost estimation, and proposal strategy. while ensuring technical compliance in Electrical systems (Electrical Power, lighting and low current)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and interpret tender documents, RFPs for complex electromechanical projects
  • Develop comprehensive technical proposals and accurate commercial bids

· Prepare detailed mechanical tender submissions, including material take-offs, BOQs and detailed cost breakdown

· Review and Evaluate design drawings, specifications, and client requirements for electrical systems including HVAC, Firefighting and Plumbing

  • Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, planning, and commercial teams
  • Ensure compliance with KSA local codes, international standards, and client specifications
  • Prepare RFIs (Requests for Information) and clarify technical requirements
  • Manage tender documentation and submission processes within strict deadlines

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 0-3years of
    relevant experience in MEP tendering, preferably in the Gulf region
  • Strong technical background in:
  • Electrical Power & Lighting
  • Low Current Systems
  • Essential
    : Comprehensive knowledge of KSA local codes and standards
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Experience with international standards (
    KSA authority requirements
    , IEC, NEC, NFPA 72, etc.)
