Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Electrical Engineer to support both maintenance and technical office activities. The candidate will be responsible for supervising maintenance operations, performing technical studies, preparing drawings, and supporting tendering and pricing activities. This position requires strong electrical engineering background and practical experience in both site and office work.

Key Responsibilities


• Maintain and troubleshoot UPS systems, transformers, and all types of electrical panels.


• Support tendering and pricing activities by preparing technical and commercial inputs.


• Review project specifications, BOQs, and vendor quotations for electrical works.


• Prepare electrical shop drawings, single line diagrams, and panel schematics.


• Coordinate with the design, procurement, and site teams to ensure project requirements are met.


• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning for electrical installations.


• Prepare technical reports, maintenance schedules, and as-built documentation.


• Ensure compliance with safety standards, codes, and client requirements.


• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers and technicians.

Qualifications and Skills


• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.


• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical systems including design, maintenance, and testing.


• Strong technical knowledge in MV/LV systems, UPS, transformers, and various panel types.


• Experience in preparing electrical drawings using AutoCAD or similar tools.


• Familiarity with pricing, estimation, and tender documentation for electrical projects.


• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, layouts, and protection diagrams.


• Good knowledge of electrical standards (IEC, NEC, NFPA, etc.).


• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, and electrical calculation software.


• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.


• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Work Conditions


• Work involves both site supervision and office-based engineering activities.


• Occasional site visits may be required for inspections, testing, and coordination.


• Must comply with all company safety and quality policies.
