Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Cairo for a Senior Electrical Engineer. The Senior Electrical Engineer will be responsible for overseeing electrical design and project implementations, planning and managing power distribution and power system projects, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Key responsibilities include participating in project reviews, preparing technical specifications, supporting the site supervision team, coordinating with designers and stakeholders, and addressing technical challenges efficiently.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Electrical Design and strong foundational understanding of Electrical Engineering principles
  • Knowledge of Power Distribution and Power Systems
  • Proven experience working with Electricity systems and infrastructure
  • Proficiency in relevant design software and tools, such as AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar
  • Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Power Engineering; advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Familiarity with international and local electrical standards and codes
