Job Opportunity: Receptionist – Medical Sector

Location:
New Cairo – Fifth Settlement

We are seeking a 
professional, presentable, and diligent Receptionist
 to join our team at a reputable medical organization.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in the
medical field
, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle administrative tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented team player who will be the first point of contact for visitors at the office, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required (i.e. organization of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general clerical support).

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Distribute mail
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or relevant work experience
  • Ability to maintain a positive attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, emails, data entry, etc.).
  • Strong knowledge of
    filing systems
    and document organization.
  • Fluent in English
    (spoken and written).
