Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist in B2B outdoor sales, based in Giza. The Sales Specialist will engage directly with clients in the hospitality industry, providing tailored product recommendations to meet client needs and managing the entire sales cycle. They will be responsible for sourcing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships, conducting field visits, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and providing training to clients when necessary.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with Training techniques to empower clients and address product needs effectively.
- Goal-oriented, proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- A degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- Prior experience in the hospitality industry or a related field is a plus.
- Knowledge of Egypt local market and proficiency in English and Arabic would be beneficial.
