Job Description
As a
Strategic Account Executive (Enterprise)
at Seqoon, you'll be at the forefront of bringing Sai to major enterprises across MENA. Your mission: identify, engage, and close strategic accounts by demonstrating how Sai can revolutionize their customer experience and operational efficiency.
This role is ideal for a high-performing enterprise SaaS salesperson who thrives in consultative selling, understands long sales cycles, and can build deep relationships with senior executives across industries like banking, telecom, real estate, and hospitality.
You'll work closely with our Product, Marketing, and Technical teams to tailor solutions that align Sai's capabilities with client goals — driving adoption, growth, and measurable business impact.
Responsibilities
Pipeline & Relationship Management
- Identify and engage strategic enterprise accounts across key MENA sectors.
- Develop multi-stakeholder relationships with C-level decision makers (CXOs, Heads of Digital, Transformation, or CX).
- Lead end-to-end sales cycles — from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline aligned with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Consultative Solution Selling
- Understand client business models, workflows, and challenges to position Sai as a strategic AI solution.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers and Product teams to design tailored demos and ROI-driven proposals.
- Articulate the business impact of AI automation through clear, value-based narratives.
- Respond to RFPs/RFIs and structure commercial proposals, pricing, and terms with a focus on long-term partnerships.
GTM Execution & Market Expansion
- Contribute to Sai's enterprise GTM strategy — shaping vertical playbooks, outbound campaigns, and partnership opportunities.
- Represent Seqoon and Sai at industry events, conferences, and client workshops.
- Capture and relay market intelligence to influence product roadmap and positioning.
Collaboration & Enablement
- Partner with the Customer Success and Product teams to ensure seamless onboarding and adoption.
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasting, and reporting.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — ensuring client goals are met post-sale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in
Enterprise SaaS Sales
, preferably within
AI, CX, or automation platforms
. - Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales quotas with enterprise clients.
- Strong existing network across key MENA industries (banking, telecom, real estate, hospitality, etc.).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to present to both business and technical stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of consultative and solution-based selling.
- Familiarity with CRM, telephony, and customer engagement platforms is a plus.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
