We are hiring a visionary Senior HR Generalist to lead and manage the full scope of Human Resources operations for a reputable international organization operating in the healthcare field.

This is a strategic role for a proactive HR professional who can build efficient HR systems, foster organizational development, and ensure full alignment with labor laws and international standards.

Job Description:

  • Develop, implement, and monitor HR strategies, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
  • Act as a business partner to department heads and senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and healthcare regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives with a focus on attracting top healthcare professionals.
  • Design and implement performance management systems tailored to healthcare standards.
  • Coordinate training & development programs based on organizational needs.
  • Handle complex employee relations issues and promote a positive work culture.
  • Manage HR metrics and deliver strategic insights to management.
  • Serve as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Medical Collage
  • HR certification like PHRi/CIPD is a strong asset
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the healthcare sector.
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, compliance, and HR best practices.
  • Proven ability to design and implement HR frameworks in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Arabic is an advantage.
